No matter how messed up 2020 and 2021 have been for me personally I truly have so much to be thankful for.
In every single thing below that I am thankful for, is God.
Most important thing I am thankful for is that God’s given me salvation and eternal life.
I am not dying of anything that I know of, so there’s that!
I have 2 amazing sons that I am very proud of.
I have 5 grandchildren that are the bombziggity!
My little roommate Buddy brings me so much joy every day.
I had 47 wonderful years being loved by the best husband a girl could ask for. Today would have been our 49th anniversary.
I am an American living in this beautiful country.
I am retired and enjoying every minute of it.
That I have a Kindle that allows me to read wonderful stories.
I’ve met several really great new folks this year who have added joy to my life.
My brain is still good enough for me to function at a high level.
My A1C is in a good place!
I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, clothes to wear, and gas in the car!
I don’t cry every day any longer.
I have a car to drive and no one has taken away my driver’s license yet.
I have friends and family that I love and that love me.
So much more that just doesn’t come to mind right now. As soon as I click “Publish” I’m sure I’ll think of lots more!
My kids will be here Saturday for our family gathering and I am really looking forward to it!
