04.24.14 Spammer having a bad day – hee hee!!

1975271_735968359758835_868102323_nThis may be of interest only to other bloggers who have received spam comments.  I don’t normally receive too many spam comments, but a while back I received dozens of comments about a blog titled Day Two – RV Window from when we had  most of our RV windows worked on. There was no way more than one person would comment about it the way they were. Glorious praise for the fascinating wording and for amazing content and even some wanting to work for me.  It wasn’t an especially tantalizing blog deserving of such praise. I marked all of them as spam and thought that would be the end of it. I also removed all tags from that blog so no one would be drawn to it that way.  I guess one of the spammers got a rude awakening which caused him to send the following comment recently. The senders name was ครีมหน้าใส which right away sent up red flags since I don’t know what that says or what language it is.  He left a  spam comment a couple of month ago (I deleted them or I’d show you) and here’s the second comment he just left concerning a problem  he’s having.

“After I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me
when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on
each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment.
There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?

Kudos!”

I couldn’t help but be really happy that this happened to ครีมหน้าใส, whomever he or she is. I know of no way to remove him or her from that service so I can’t help them.  I get so excited when a comment comes in and then to see it’s just nonsense is disappointing.  Please feel free to comment anytime you want and let us know how things are going in your world, we love that!

The weather here in south Texas is inching up towards 100 on Sunday.  The plants are soaking up the water I give them as soon as it hits them and I don’t know how the chickens and all can stand to be out in it all the time.  Our RV air conditioning is keeping us cool but you can tell it’s at maximum capacity.  Heading north is starting to look really good but we’re here until May 10th at least! We wanted to go to Corpus Christi this coming Sunday for their Bucs Day festivities but in 100 degree heat, we’re going to pass.  Next Thursday’s high is forecasted at 77 so we’ll venture out then!  There are several places we want to see in Corpus Christi and we’ll share it when we do it!

RVillage now has:

Bill and Ann (Mew Ranch owner) sent us a couple of pictures from their Europe travels.  I love wooden shoes and was happy she sent this one from Holland where they are making wooden shoes.

Nothing much is happening here other than working for RVillage, taking care of the animals and plants, napping, watching TV and reading lots of books.  I’ve read some really great books recently that I’ll share with ya’ll soon.  Hope you guys have a great weekend and ya’ll come back now, ya’ hear!
